Joan's Pine Parquet floors needed a lot of TLC. We had to relay the blocks in the passage and Kitchen.

After 3 coats of matt Polyurethane Floor Varnish.

My personal preference would have been Gloss on this floor.

The builders and other contractors, didn't exactly care much for the floors after we left. I expect that we'll need to apply a 4th coat after they've left.....
