This Kiaat floor was a new installation at one of the luxury residences on the Arabella Golf Estate.
The Architects specified that there should be no more than 15% white timber used.
These Blackwood floors at the "Asia Restaurant" in Hermanus had no such specification.
as a result there are large sections on the floor that are predominantly white.
