This is an Oak floor that was stained with a dark Teak/Ebony Mix penetrating stain and then sealed with 3 coats of matt AC Sealer. I was initially dead set against staining an Oak Floor,  the dark stain has added warmth to the room and has highlighted the grain in the wood.

We Stained these  SA Pine Floors with a Teak mixture and then sealed them with 3 coats of Sheen AC Sealer. When the Builders are done we expect that we'll probably add an additional 4th coat.

These SA Pine floors were very elegantly stained "Cherry" then finished with 4 coats of gloss acid catalyst (Swedish Finish)
