These really wide (+- 230mm wide) Oregon boards were only 2 years old. They had been sanded by the building contractors team, (guys that had seen us work with machines similar to those that can be hired) and had been poorly sealed. Anyway - we did a stunning job, and sealed the floor with 3 coats of Suede Polyurethane Floor Varnish - If I recall correctly the product came from Neutron.
